Compression Molding

Maverick Technical Systems specializes in short runs and is ready to work with you to meet your compression molding requirements. We can use your existing die or develop a die for your needs. We can mold in inserts of various materials and can mold neoprene to steel rings for seals. We can mold your parts in a variety of thermoset materials including,

• Epoxy - Fiberglass or Carbon fiber reinforced
• Phenolic - Fiberglass reinforced
• Vinyl Ester - Fiberglass reinforced
• Polyester - Fiberglass reinforced
• Neoprene

Maverick Technical systems has the following equipment to meet your needs:

• Two 300 Ton compression molding presses with heated platerns. Presses can accommodate dies 36" wide x 30" deep and the press opens to 25" tall, full open
  
• One 100 Ton Assembly press with a bed of 36" wide x 38" deep x 30" tall, full open.
